Importing contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Outlook Express

I recently successfully imported all my emails from Microsoft Outlook to
Outlook Express, but am unable to import the contacts/addresses. The help
file made some suggestions but I was unable to implement them. Does anyone
have any suggestions?

You must export them to a file format that OE can import.
CSV seems to work for most.
