I am wondering why names appear within single quotes. This is what I did: I
create a new message from outlook (Office professional Enterprise edition
2003). I types name of the person say "Fran", two names displayed:
'Frank Joe'  <fra@xyco.com>
Fra joe <frank@mail.vfy.com>

Both are same guy. In my contact list, I have only Fank Joe with
fra@xyco.com. Why Frank Joe is displayed within quotes?

What you are seeing is an Outlook feature called Autocomplete.   We wrote a
utility for opening, editing, adding data, exporting, etc. for the NK2
(autocomplete) file.  You can find it at www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm.
It's called Owtlook.  If you contact me through that web site, I'll send you
our "Everything you ever wanted to know about the NK2 file but were afraid
to ask" document.

I know it is the Autocomplete feature. My question is different. I have only
Frank Joe in my contact list and not Fra Joe (although both are same guy.
Frank Joe sent email from his two email addresses). My contact list shows
only one email addess <fra@xyco.com>. Why is that Fra joe
<frank@mail.vfy.com> displayed in AutoComplete? It is supposed to list only
"Frank Joe <fra@xyco.com>" in the contact list. I want to use the email
address in the contact list. I do not want to accidently send emails to his
other email address.
