Is this possible and how?

Explain more clearly what you mean. What do you mean by "move to an email
address?"

I have created a folder in my personal e-mail under contacts.  We are setting
up another e-mail account particularly for this, though not yet complete.  I
want to copy this folder to the new e-mail account in the contacts portion.
Will this be possible?

export the contact folder to an Excel spreadsheet and then import it into the
other accounts
File \ import and export

Thank you very much!  This helps tremendously.

Exporting and importing Outlook data through a different file format is a
very risky way to transfer Outlook data. I can think of no scenarios for
which this would be the right solution.

Another email account in your profile would be able to use the same data
your first account is using. Perhaps you mean another Outlook profile?
