Previously, an employee was set up as Temp. She was later hired and
evidently the profile was copied with her first and last names. However,
temp was left in part of her new profile as her X400 address with the
correct SMTP address. Now, when a user addresses an email to her, "her name"
followed by <temp> shows up in the To field. I have changed the profile to
reflect her correct surname and given name with no reference anywhere to
temp. However, we can't seem to make <temp> go away when a user addresses an
email to her.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Cathy

Hello, Cathy, I have this exact same problem. Have you found an answer yet?
