I use Office XP Pro, how do I correct the file name list in Word Tools
Envelopes/labels? I use Outlook Contacts for my addresses but when I select
Outlook Address Book from the list in Word it says there are not entries. The
list also includes Contacts but there are no entries. It also includes
dc351.pst file which includes the old address information I copied from
Office 98 to XP. When I searched my computer I found an Outlook.pst file &
the dc351.pst file & both said they were updated on the same date but the
dc351.pst file doesn't include newly entered addresses. I can't make any
sense of these files. Can anyone help.

You simply need to configure your Outlook Address Book correctly. It should
be empty when you select it from Word. Beneath it you will see any Contacts
Folders that you have enabled as email address books.

I use Outlook Express for email not Outlook but I'm considering changing if I
can figure out how to export all my OE addresses & emails to Outlook. It
might help solve my OE problems, I lost everything when I downloaded Windows
SP2, had to a do a restore to get it back.

Oh good grief.
OE does not integrate with Word. It's not part of the Office Suite.
Why did you leave that little tidbit out? Did you think we could read your
mind?
You can easily import from OE into Outlook.
