My new company recently moved from Novell to Microsoft. When sending an
email, I cannot hit the "TO:" button and find my contacts. I do not have a
"my contacts" in the "select names" box. I have Global Address List, All
Address Lists, All Contacts, All Groups, All Users, and Public Folders. I
was able to add a "personal address book", but again-no names in it. I can
individually go to the contacts list and open each contact and manually copy
and paste their email address into my TO: line. Can you help? THX!

Did you enable your Contacts Folder as an email address book in its
properties?
Make sure you now remove the PAB. Outlook does not use them and it will get
in the way.

Thx! Mine was greyed out so I couldn't enable it. I read the thread below
mine late last night and tried creating a new outlook instead of a PAB and
that worked. Thx again.
