Hello,
How can I define a different sending format to each contact, automatically?

I have tried to setup it, by double clicking on the contact email, in his
contact details, and choosing the sending type (PLAIN), but its not working.
The contact, still receives the mail in HTML. I need to send plain text
messages to some contacts, and leaving the default format (HTML) for all
others, in the distribution list.

Thx

You select your message format when you compose and send the message, not in
the Contact Record.

memorise what format each contact requires). Just wondering if there is a way
to make it automatic for each contact.
Thx again

Not when you're needing to switch between HTML and plain text.
In the old days, you could force an RTF message to plain text with Contact
settings.
