Someone emailed me a distribution list of 100 companies.  I saved the list in
Contacts.  The list only includes Company Name and email address.  How do I
add these individual names into my contact address book cards where I can
include contact name, addresses, phones, notes, etc etc.?

Save the DL as a text file. Open it in Notepad to remove any lines before
the addresses. Then save it. Use File | Import and Export to import it into
your Contacts folder; it's a tab-delimited list file.
