Last Name First

In Outlook 2000, how can I get the names to list last name, first?
When I open a message box and hit "To:", the list of "Select Names" comes up
with first last.

You must post your mail support mode for us to answer.
Corporate/Workgroup mode:
Tools menu > Services > Highlight the Outlook Address Book service > Click
Properties > Set sort order

Internet Mail Only:
Tools menu > Address Book > View menu > Sort by
