How to copy my personal contacts to the global contacts?

I need to copy a personal contacts and post it where all
users in the domain can access it.  Please help!  Have
been searching everywhere but no luck.  My users are all
using OWA for their email

Ask your mail administrator if you can create a public contacts folder.
