I am trying to import contacts from a .pst file into Outlook 2002, but is
told that the file "...is not compatible with this version of the
informationservice for personal folders. Contact system admisitrator." Any
ideas??

Where is the PST file? Is it on a CD? Was it on a CD? If so, you'll need to
copy it to the hard drive and clear the read only flag.

It's on a USB pen. Where do I clear the read only flag?

You shouldn't have the read only flag set on a USB drive, but if so, right
click the file, choose properties and then you'll see it.
