Is there any way to modify the list of values that Outlook 2003 validates as
suffixes when analyzing the Full Name in a contact?  The default values are
I, II, III, Jr., and Sr.  I would like to add IV, AIA, and PE.

Example:

Full Name: John Q Architect AIA

Would resolve to:

First: John
Middle: Q
Last:  Architect
Suffix: AIA

Thanks in advance.

Is there any way to include the Name Suffix Field in the MS Word Address
Block?  I send letters to engineers and architects too, and I'ld like to
insert the AIA and PE suffix, as well as Jr., Sr., III, etc.
Thanks,
Scott

Any reason you can't just add that merge field?
