When I try to make a new contact, message says "the form required to view
this message cannot be displayed, contact your administrator", Then when when
I click on a specific "Business Contact card" it replies "Array index out of
bounds".  No new info for a business contract is displaying in my card list.
Would like help please. Thanks.

I have fixed the problem myself using advice from Pratricia Cardoza's post to
b&b cabins.  Many thanks for such a simple fix.
