How do I restore a distribution list?

I inadvertinly deleted a contact distibution list in MS Outlook.  How can I
restore this list.  I have tried to find it in the recycle bin but it does
not appear in this bin.  Where is it and how do I restore the list?  Thanks
much

It would be in your Deleted Items Folder.
