Can I e-mail a list of contacts?

I know how to e-mail a list of contacts in a distribution group along with
their e-mail addresses. I also know how to e-mail each person's whole
contact form.

What I want to find out is whether I can e-mail just a simple list which
includes certain contacts along with their e-mail addresses plus their
mailing address and phone number.

Create your custom list using a mail merge.
Email it as an attachment.
