I moved from Outlook 2000 to 2002 by exporting and importing a .pst file.
Worked fine. My problem is I cannot re-alphbetize the names in the select
names box in a new message to send. In 2000 I could click on the name bar and
rearrange the way names are listed. In 2002 clicking the name bar has no
effect. I must know the persons first name before it automatically goes down
to all with that name. I checked the preferences for listing the contacts in
the folder and I indicated "last first".
