When I am using my contact list in outlook I would llike to be able to time
and date my entries. This way I know when the last contact was and what
happened on the call. Is there anyway to enter date and time other than by
hand?

I really appreciate the help...the information is exactly what I need. The
only problem is the second link to "change an existing" isn't working. Could
you please help me out one more time?

I tried to make a new form and create a new command as instructed. I typed in
all of the infomation and draged the command  button and such. I saved the
file and when I reopened the new form the button is there but I don't see
where it puts the date and time?
