I am new to Outlook and have setup a new user. I did set
the default pst correctly, so "personal folder" was
created. I have since pointed Outlook to the correct
default pst, but contacts are still pointed at "personal
folder". I would rather not reinstall. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Are you using outlook with an exchange server? I dont
understand because if you're using personal folder, then
the contacts would point to a personal folder. Its either
a server/client relationship or a .pst folder (pop mail).
Give more details.

I didn't have his pst files in the right place, so it
created a new one. Now, when he clicks on "To:" to pull
up his contacts, it opens an empty contact list. Can you
tell me how to repoint where outlook looks for contacts?

thanks for your help
Greg
