when i open an individual contact it takes 45 to 60 seconds before it shows
all of the activities for that contact. is there something wrong with my
setup

Outlook needs to search your Outlook and Office data to display all of the
information. If you have a large number of items connected to this contact,
it will take a longer period of time. This information is not cached.
