I have MS Office small business ed. 2003.  I use XP operating system.
I am unable to import addresses.  It keeps saying "there is no default mail
client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request.  Please
set MS office as default mail client."  Then it says Log on failed.  It says
to log onto Microsoft exchange to access account."   I have gone into Outlook
and it is the default mail client.    I have used earlier versions of  Word
and Outlook on another computer and easily transferred info to envelopes.  I
have uninstalled and reinstalled the program a couple of times.  It works for
the first time I use envelope and request contacts from Word.  Then the next
time I do it, it gives me the above message or locks up.

Are you using Exchange Server?
Is your Outlook profile configured with the correct mail transport?
