Exporting all Contacts to a vcard

Hi all,
I have read as many of the posts in this forum as I could stand but didn't
see an answer for my question.

Our new campus email server only imports contacts (address book lists) via
vcard (.vcf).  The system will accept a single .vcf file with multiple
entries but I do not see where I can export the entire contact list from
Outlook.  I have looked in both Outlook 2002 and Outlook XP.  I have written
an Outlook Addin to accomplish this but the campus Network Services says
that it is not needed because the functionality already exists within OL.
Where?  How?

You are right. The campus Network Services people are wrong. Outlook can
create only single-item .vcf files, not a bulk file.
