vCard 3.0 support in Outlook 2003???

Does anyone know if Outlook 2003 will support the vCard 3.0 standard
for saving and importing contacts? Outlook 2002 & 2000 supported
vCard 2.1, which doesn't allow for categories.

Outlook 2003 still uses 2.1, at least for saving .vcf files.
