Outlook e-mail file transfer

How do I transfer e-mails and adress book from Outlook (Microsoft Office
2002) in a Windows 98 computer to another computer withthe same version of
Outlook but a Windows XP operating system?

The Office Online Help site tells how transfer adress books from Outlookt to
Outlook Express (and the other way around) but not from same to same.  And
there's nothing on transfering e-mails.  

Also, my old computer does NOT have a working network card.

Just copy the Outlook data file and reuse it in the other installation.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
