I have Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606)  with business contact manager and every
time I reply to an e-mail, the sender's e-mail address is automatically added
to my contacts. I would like to know how to stop automatic addition of
addresses that I do not Approve of manually.

Since Outlook 2003 has no built-in feature to do that, you must have added
that capability either with VBA code or with a third-party add-in.

I have the same issue, however, it is occuring with Outlook 2002.  I work in
IT an have a customer at our facility who has run into the same issue and I'm
not sure how to fix it.  I don't think they have added anything to the
system, as they said they just got a new computer about 1 month ago.

It's the same issue with Outlook 2002: There is no built-in feature to do
this.
