Since Outlook 2003 has no built-in feature to do that, you must have added
that capability either with VBA code or with a third-party add-in.

I have the same issue, however, it is occuring with Outlook 2002. I work in
IT an have a customer at our facility who has run into the same issue and I'm
not sure how to fix it. I don't think they have added anything to the
system, as they said they just got a new computer about 1 month ago.

It's the same issue with Outlook 2002: There is no built-in feature to do
this.
