MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / March 2005Unable to open a contact, "Invalid Entryid" appears
There are several contacts that I am unable to open or delete. A message "Property dialog box could not be displayed. An Invalid Entryid was passed in." I can find no information which I am able to understand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I've been experiencing the same problem/error message: "the properties dialog box could not be displayed. An invalid ENRTYID was passed in" - any chance of getting an experts opinion/resolution?????? Running - MS Outlook 2000. Cause of the problem occured after personal .pst folder hit 2GB, have run the Inbox Repair Tool/Scanpst.exe (which worked after numerous attempts due to it's own errors). Now Contacts List/address book is corrupted. |
