Hi all!

I?m wondering if there is a simple and free way to share contact- and
calendar information.

Scenario:
We are a small company with 4 employees. We are placed on different
locations and want to have a shared contact list and a shared calendar on
our server.

I dont want to use Exchange since we dont have a domain server in our
network.

Any ideas?

Outlook can't share its files directly. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx for an
article by Outlook MVP Eric Legault on various ways to share Outlook data.
YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information
at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.
