I have done the following but old email addresses still pops up.  How do I
permanently delete them?

To delete stored e-mail addresses from the drop-down box
Use the arrow keys to select the e-mail address you want to delete, and then
press DELETE

You can delete a file with a *.nk2 extension (with Outlook closed) but this
will remove all the addresses.
