I have a few hundred contacts in Outlook, but when I click on the "TO" button
when writing an email, a very small subset of those contacts appear...where
are the rest of them?

Hi Wendy,

There are a couple of posssibilities with the problem you are experiencing.  First, do you have all contacts in one main Contacts folder?  If not, please note that each contacts folder can be
set up as an address book, and you might possibly have contact folders that aren't set up to be address books.

Also, you will only see the names of contacts that either have an email address or fax number entered.  Contacts missing these will not display.
