I wish to send e mails to  a distribution list  but I do not want all
contacts visible to each other.
I would also like each contact to have the e mail addressed to them
personally.
Do I leave the    To:   box empty and place all contacts into the    Bcc:
box
What will the recipients see
Thankyou for any help offered

What the recipients see will depend on their mail program. With an empty To
box, some won't see your message at all because their spam filter will block
it.

If you want recipients to get a personally addressed message, send them a
peresonally addresses message. You can use Word mail merge for this.
