The message indicates that your mail provider will not allow you to send
messages with more than a certain number of recipients. You will need to
either use smaller DLs or dispense with DLs completely and use a mail merge
to send individual emssages.

Select the individual contacts (not a DL) you want to merge from your
contacts folder, then choose Tools | Mail Merge and take it from there.
