I receive error 21 when trying to export Contacts to CSV (Windows) in Outlook
2003.  Does anybody know why, or how to fix this?  I have searched
Microsoft's KB to no avail.

Error 21 is generally the message for "Device Not Available" indicating your
target for your CSV file is "not available" so would be the first thing to
check. This is a system level error message and not an Outlook specific
issue so any follow-up should be posted in a Windows related newsgroup for
best results if you can't locate the source of the problem.

Yep that was the problem.  I just needed to retype in the path, even though
it showed the proper path.  Once I manually retyped the path to save the
file, it went just fine.  Thanks for the help.
