I am seeing something strange.

I have several sub contact folders to better organize my contacts.  I have
selected 4-5 of these to show this folder as an email address book.

When I am writing a new email and select one of the address books for my To
or BCC's, I see the list of names and understand that where a person is
listed 2 or 3 times means I have 2-3 email address for he/she.

But, I have noticed that if I have deleted one of the email address, i.e. #3
from the said contact sub folder, that same #3 email address still shows when
I go to To: - select address book - view contacts available from address book.

Is there a way to guarantee that when I make a change to the contact folder
that its not confusing as an address book contact for email address.

Thank you !

I've never seen this if you restart the Outlook Address Book Service.
