Hi, is their a way to change the contact template fiels to a customized field.

YOu mean you want to copy data from one field to another? See

I want to invoke a user defined contact template and have my pockey pc use it
when finished.

Pocket PC doesn't use custom contact forms, unless you have some third-party
program that supports that.
