migrating contacts groups to 2002

User loses his groups in Outlook 2002 when moving his
Contacts from 2000. He can move his Contacts, but not the
groups. He has several thousand Contacts.
Could you please find the correct information to migrate
Contactgroups to Outlook 2002?

I'm troubled by the word "groups" Outlook does not use groups. Outlook
Express does, but Outlook cannot import them. Outlook uses Distribution
Lists. What do you mean by "groups?"
