How to migrate from Outlook Express to MS Outlook

Hi all,
I just got my new Laptop and want to start using MS Outlook instead of old
Outlook express..
What I want to now it if my Emails rules and address book placed on my old
PC on outlook Express and now I want to move to use my new Laptop with MS
outlook, How can I move my outlook express settings, Rules, emails and
Address book to the new MS outlook on the new laptop without loosing my old
settings, Rules, emails and address book???

Please advice me ASAP

You must migrate your information to OE, first. You can only import directly
from OE.
