I am making a bunch of new distribution lists for work, and I would like to
add them to our Global Address Book so anyone on our network can access them.
I am having trouble figuring out how to do this, though.  Any hints?

That's not an Outlook function. You'll need to be an adminsitrator and use
Active Directory Users & Computers.
