Sending newsletters to customer list by email

I have tried to find an easy ways to send emails to my
customer list with out using the cc fields or the bcc
fields, as many of the servers reject these as spam.  
Outlook has some help but all of the links are broken.

I found the following help under this topic: "

Servers don't normally reject messages with CC and BCC fields populated
unless you are failing to put at least one valid address in the To: field.
