How do I email my contacts from my home computer to my work comptuer?

I want to email all of my contacts to my work computer. How do I send
them and then how do I install them once I've received the email?
Using Outlook 2003.

Export to file, optionally encrypt, send mail, retrieve mail, decrypt if
encrypted, import from file.
