I would like to see Microsoft Outlook have the same feature that Outlook
Express has which prompts a user with the option of adding contact names to
the address book when the client has scanned the address book for the new
contact name and "sees" that it is not in the book.

I had to use the help feature to learn how to add new contact names instead
of being given a simple and quick prompt.

The help feature was great, but it took too much time to find out how to add
new names to my address book without having to literally add them raw as new
contacts.

Simply right click on the address and select add to contacts.

Yes, I FINALLY found this out when I had to use the help feature as I
mentioned in my post.
I insist that with the power and usability of MS Office Outlook, there
should be an automated feature that prompts users to add new contacts to the
address book.

Thanx!
