Did you include the first row in Excel to match the one that you had

(insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account
will be deleted without reading.
| When I try to import an excel spreadsheet with contact names and email
| addresses (after I exported some contacts and copied that format). It takes
| me all the way to the end and I still end up with an empty folder. I do not
| receive any error messages.

I actually exported my current contacts into excel first then I added the
other contacts that wanted to import to outlook. I wanted to be sure that I
matched all of the column headings first before I began-after trial and
error....
