in new outlook, notes in body of individual contact are on the right side.
HELP!! i need them underneath as they have been in every other version - i
have things spaced for that size, not for narrower size on the right. how do
i change the view, form, etc to get the old look back for each of the 1500
contacts?? thanks.

please see suggestion below on 1-31-05. other user requested microsoft
revert to old full width page contact note format (at the bottom of the page)
due to inability to change using a custom form without altering
functionality. microsoft, this is a big deal. business people have created
notes to be read in outlook on a pda, in printout, etc. your changing the
view makes it a big headache for your business users. thanks, please fix
this asap!!!

You cannot change the default layout for contacts. You will need to massage
your spacing.
