Address book not totally sync with Contact

The contacts, which are manually added into Contact, are not shown in the
address book. While those extracted from incoming mails do. why?

Clarify what you mean. Your post is too vague.
Any Contact you add to a Contact Folder that has a valid electronic address
will appear when you display that Contact Folder in the Outlook Address
Book.
If it doesn't, it means either that the Contact does not have a valid
electronic address or you are adding it to a folder other than the one you
are viewing in the Address Book.
