Adding AutoComplete to my Contacts

I've been using Outlook 2003 for a while, and I have an exstensive
AutoComplete cache. However, almost none of these people are in my
Address Book, as once I upgraded from 2000 I rarely needed it anymore.
Is there any way, barring right-clicking on every one and adding it
manually, to add these people to my contacts?

Thanks a lot!

You can use a third party utility to save them as a Text file, then import
them:
