Ability to save a photo on a contact

I have looked, but I don't see any feature where you can save a photo on a
contact.  I work in a growing corporation and when I receive an email from a
new employee, it would be nice if you could look up a picture of the employee
through Outlook Address Book.  Pictures could be stored on the exchange
server or some other file server.  They would be accessed by right-clicking
on the name and looking up properties or perhaps a right-click menu option to
"See Picture."

I'm using Outlook 2003, and when I go to a contact and click Actions > Add
Picture, I'm able to add a picture to the contact's file.  However, I agree
that it would be nice if this picture was visible in other areas of Outlook
like e-mail headers.
