Controlling autofill paramaters in "Send to" field

I would like to control the autofill process on the "Send
To" field in Outlook 2002.  When the user starts to write
a name, Outlook will provide a list of similar first names
to choose from.  Oftentimes, names that I no longer use,
still appear in this list; other times names that I send
to often never appear.  The names must obviously reside in
some cache, and I would like to control what names are
there.  How do I do this?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
