How do I hide e-mail information?

How do I hide the various email adresses, when I send the same e-mail to a
group of people. For instance if I send a message to test1@hotmail.com and
test2@hotmail.com, I want to make sure that test1 can't see that I also send
the same message to test2 etc.

That's what the BCC field is for.
