I had never used Outlook until I needed to do so to
interact with my Palm Pilot phone.  When I inserted from
scratch all of my Contacts into Outlook to download to the
phone that process then changed the formatting of my
Address Book in Outlook Express and eliminated my ability
to put these contacts into Folders.  It will only allow me
to put them into Groups which  I don't won't to do.
Folders allow me to quickly find a contact without sending
an e-mail to an entire Group.  How can I get back to having
the Folders option in Outlook Express?
Thank you, Sherri

Post your Outlook version and mail support mode (line 2 of Help | About, if
you don't know).
