I tried sending my contact list from my work e-mail to my home e-mail by
sending them as a V-Card.  But, since I have quite a few contacts is there a
way to open them all up at once and save them into my home address book
rather than saving them individually?

Save them in Outlook's native format: a Personal Folders file.
Open that file in the other installation of Outlook.
