Clarify which Contacts are not appearing. We have nothing to go on.
Specify your Outlook version and how you have your Contacts organized and
Outlook Address Book configured.

Hello Russ
Thank you for you help.
My Outlook is 2003 SP 1 running on a Dell Latitude 505, XP SP2
I can not se a patern in wich contacts is not displayed.
some of the contacts are new, some are imported from my old outlook express
2000 via a csv.file.
But i notice that you mention both Contacts and Outlook adressbook, is that
two different things??? because i only opereat in Contacts and im not aware
of a adressbokk??

When you open the DL dialog to choose Contacts, you are opening the Outlook
Address Book.
I assume you already know that only Contacts with electronic addresses
should appear.
