When i want to create a Distributionlist, and i want to ad a member from my
Contacts i only get to choose some of the contacts, the rest are not
displayed in the list.
Same problem occures when i want to chose a email from the contacts using
the symbol next to the e-mail adresse line
Can anybody help ???

Clarify which Contacts are not appearing. We have nothing to go on.
Specify your Outlook version and how you have your Contacts organized and
Outlook Address Book configured.

When you open the DL dialog to choose Contacts, you are opening the Outlook
Address Book.
I assume you already know that only Contacts with electronic addresses
should appear.
