So I have been having some problems with my Outlook 2003. I think the
contacts field has got corrupted, because when I load Intellisync (syncs
palm to Outlook) it cannot find the Outlook contact fields to do its
mapping. I have never had this problem with Intellisync before.

So I uninstalled Outlook.
But when I reinstall Outlook, all my addresses and contacts are all there
still, even after running Registry First Aid a few times. I want to do an
utterly clean install and hope I can get Intellisync to work, as it used
to.

My question is, after uninstalling, what other files do I need to delete to
make sure that all the data associated with this app are off the machine to
give my system the best start of really starting from fresh.

Thanks

When I send a message from my main Email account, I just get a message
(sending) on the bottom of my screen. When I send from my secondary Email
account, I get a Norton Antivirus box at bottom right of screen stating that
message is being checked for viruses. Why don't I get this message on my main
Email address? I have checked all options in Norton Antivirus. Any help
please>
